It has never happened to me but I am sure, at one stage, someone will decide not to keep the work and will want to return it.
You have a fortnight to return the work.
Please get in touch with me before sending it back. Make sure it is securely packed, as you have found it at reception.
Keep the cellophane wrapping the work, it is to protect from finger marks.
I will refund your payment and pay for the postage.

All paintings will be sent either Flat pack or in very strong Tubes.
My work has been sent to USA, Canada, Europe, Japan, South Africa and has always been well received.
All parcels are sent First Class, Recorded Delivery, Insured.
