I am responding here to one received email...
Is Acrylic a watercolour medium? Yes. It is now considered by Watercolour societies as being a watercolour medium. But... it needs to be applied very diluted, as thin as watercolour. Beautiful effects can be achieved without disturbing a first layer. The surface (paper) will need to be stretched as Acrylic will buckle the paper. It will not be possible to make it flat. Some Acrylics are sold, either heavy, light etc... I would suggest that the fluid acrylic should be used. Personally, I have done very few paintings on paper. The watercolours on this site are 90% of the time Pure Watercolour
